It has been a while since I last did a Stampin’ Royalty Challenge. This week they are hosting a colour challenge. For this challenge I started with a base card made from Night of Navy. I then adhered a piece of Baja Breeze cardstock that was 5mm smaller than the face of the base card. I followed this, by trimming a piece of Soft Suede cardstock that was 5mm smaller than the Baja Breeze cardstock. I then stamped the Soft Suede cardstock with Versamark using the Beware of Pirates stamp set. After adhering the stamped Soft Suede cardstock, I then stamped a scrap piece of Night of Navy. Also using the Beware of Pirates stamp set and Versamark. I then trimmed the stamped cardstock and adhered it to the base card, followed by adding a small strip of Night Navy to the card. I then trimmed a piece of Baja Breeze and Very Vanilla cardstock, with the Very Vanilla cardstock being slighter smaller than the Baja Breeze cardstock. I stamped the Very Vanilla cardstock with Soft Suede ink using a stamp from the Beware of Pirates stamp set. I adhered the Very Vanilla to the Baja Breeze and then attached it to the base card. I finish off by adhering 3 small circles that I punched out using the Owl Punch and Soft Suede cardstock.
