Just Add Ink has a new colour combination challenge this week. For this challenge I started with a base card made from Crumb Cake cardstock, which I stamped with one of the background stamps from the Looks Like Spring stamp set and Sahara Sand ink. I then added layers of So Saffron, Certainly Celery and Whisper White cardstock. I finished the layers by adhering a piece of Pretty in Pink cardstock, that was punched with the Scallop Border punch. I then selected one of the sentiments from the Whimsical Words stamp set and stamped it on the Whisper White cardstock using Certainly Celery ink. I then stamped three small flowers from the Looks Like Spring stamp set using So Saffron, Certainly Celery and Pretty in Pink ink, which I then punched out using the Spring Bouquet punch. I stamped the large flower from the same stamp set, using So Saffron ink and cut out the large flower using scissors. I then adhered a pearl embellishment to the centre of the flower. I finished off by adhering the small flowers to the Pretty In Pink cardstock and the Large flower to the left-hand corner of the Whisper White cardstock.
